Covid -19 UPDATE

We are pleased to advise that once again we are able to offer "face to face" consultations.

Depending on the clinic, there may be various regulations regarding, who can accompany the patient and whether or not procedures such as ear microsuction or nasendoscopy (telescope examination of the nose and throat) can be performed on the day of the appointment. We will be able to advise accordingly.

However, if you would prefer Mr Benjamin is still happy to offer video or telephone  consultations and would be happy to contact you in this way.

Obviously, there are limitations with video and telephone consultations in terms of being able to examine you/your child, but Mr Benjamin will be able to advise if any treatment or medication is needed and provide prescriptions where appropriate.

These consultations are approved by the majority of insurance companies so please ensure you get an authorisation code for the appointment first.

Please keep safe and well, during these difficult times.
